From 1 October 2015, non-EEA parents of Irish citizen children without an existing #ImmigrationPermission must submit applications through the Irish Citizen Child Application Form to the INIS Residence Unit.
For parents with existing immigration permission (#Stamp1, #Stamp2, or #Stamp3), they may apply to upgrade their status to #Stamp4 to facilitate full access to employment and benefits.
For First-Time Applicants Without Permission:
Submit the Irish Citizen Child Application Form with supporting documentation to Residence Unit 4, INIS, Burgh Quay, Dublin 2.
For Parents With Existing Permission:
Attend your local Immigration Registration Office with the required documentation to apply for an upgrade to #Stamp4.
